Meet Business Coach Joe Costantino

Joe Costantino helps coaches, consultants, trainers, entrepreneurs and independent business professionals turn their expertise into a more profitable business with less time and effort. He does this by packaging their expertise, properly positioning them in the marketplace and utilizing the best tools to attract more qualified leads and growing their customer base.

In 2005, Joe was hand-picked by the founder of Duct Tape Marketing, John Jantsch, as one of only 10 Authorized Duct Tape Marketing Coaches in the United States.

In 2008, Joe earned the distinction of Certified Coach and was then promoted to Regional Guide where his responsibilities included recruiting and training of new Duct Tape coaches world-wide. In 2010, Joe became one of only three consultants to achieve “Master” consultant status.

In 2010, he became managing partner and President of Duct Tape Marketing Coaching, LLC.

From a very early age it was clear that Joe was an entrepreneur. By age 7, Joe was operating lemonade stands, selling Christmas cards, candy, raffle tickets and any other item he could market to the neighborhood. Each year Joe and his sister Valerie operated the Lady Bug Fair which drew hundreds of kids from all over their hometown of Weymouth.

At age 12, Joe operated his own paper route doubling his customer base through word of mouth and referrals.

His next entrepreneurial pursuit experience was at the age of 16, when he took over a carpet cleaning business established by his father, who was killed in the line of duty as a Weymouth Firefighter. Joe ran this business throughout his college years to help fund his education.

In the 80s, Joe and his wife opened a “pay as you go” exercise studio in Abington, called “Losing It.” During the hey-day of exercise club memberships that locked clients in for full year subscriptions, the $3 a class concept was revolutionary and highly successful.

Joe has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. He worked in corporate America in a variety of positions ranging from a sale representative to Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

In 2003, Joe again followed his entrepreneurial dream by launching Business Marketing Success, Inc. a marketing consulting firm that helps business owners grow their businesses by implementing a strategic marketing system.

Since starting Business Marketing Success, Joe has worked with hundreds of business owners and spoken to thousands to help them revitalize and revamp their businesses. He has helped them discover how to use their hidden assets to develop real-world strategies and lead generation tools that get huge results.

Joe has an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Suffolk University’s School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College.

Joe has coached youth baseball and basketball in Abington for thirteen years and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors in the Abington Youth Basketball Association. In 2007 Joe was the Chairman for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors group. Joe was named the Ambassador of the Year in 2005.

Although Joe’s businesses play an enormous role in his life, he always puts his family and friends first. He is an avid reader, loves playing tennis, working out, coaching youth sports and hanging out with family.
